Rebecca and Thomas were married last month in Savannah, Georgia....saying that we were excited to shoot this wedding would be a gross understatement. We first met Rebecca last March at Russ and Kristy's wedding, where she was a bridesmaid. Her and her twin sister were the NICEST of nice....I instantly liked both of them. Rebecca wasn't quite yet engaged, but asked if we would ever travel to Savannah for her future wedding. Would we?! :) Ummmm....YES! When we first arrived on Friday afternoon, we checked into our hotel where they gave us wristbands and told us we wouldn't be allowed back in unless we had one. Apparently, it was St. Patrick's Day weekend, which from what I've heard, can be quite the crazy experience. When we saw Rebecca later that night for the rehearsal dinner at the infamous Lady and Sons, the two of us decided it best to nix the idea of bridal party pictures down on River Street for the following day. This wasn't a problem in the LEAST....every corner you turn in Savannah is a new color....a new texture. I knew wherever we shot would be great.....and it was.
Ceremony: Trinity United Methodist Church
Reception: Hilton Savannah Desoto
Flowers: Ramelle's Florist
Hair: Hair Productions - Debbie Maxwell
Makeup: Chanel - Charmaine Horne
Trolley: Old Town Trolley
Cake: The Cake Corner
Rebecca got ready in one of the prettiest bridal suites I had ever shot in. It had plenty of room, an antique vanity with lace detail, and tons of light pouring in from the windows. Future brides - take note of this - your getting ready pictures will be much prettier with a good choice in room.

Can I just take a moment and say how incredibly sweet of a guy Thomas was? Every time I walked into a room where he was, I was greeted with a BIG smile.

Rebecca's nephew, Jackson, was hysterical. He was the most full of expression baby I had ever met. That last shot of him was right after he grabbed a handful of Rebecca's bouquet flowers and shoved them into his mouth. He wasn't a fan.
Choosing this spot for post ceremony pictures was an easy one - I loved how it matched the color palette of the wedding.

This was actually an accidental shot....but, I like it. :)

Congratulations Rebecca and Thomas - we are so very happy for you and wish you the BEST of the best for your life together. :)
Love,
The Schultzes
